Why Your Skin Isn't As Healthy As It Could Be

Your skin is much more than you might think it is. It is actually the largest organ that your body has, and as such it is something that you should make sure you are taking proper care of at all times. By properly looking after the skin, you can be sure you're keeping away some of the worst diseases known to humanity, along with allowing yourself to look better, and encouraging better all-round health across your bodily systems too. Unfortunately, a lot of people fail to look after their skin as best as they could, and often this comes down to a few simple things which could easily be changed.

In this article, we are going to take a look at a few of the things that might be stopping your skin from being healthier. Take care of these and you'll find that it makes a huge difference.

Too Much Sun

We all know some of the problems with overexposure to the sun. Yet, it can be so easy to allow your skin to be in the sun for too long. Sometimes it is simply forgetfulness, and sometimes it might even be that you think it doesn’t matter and allow your skin to be out in the open when probably you shouldn't. However, it’s a good idea to begin being careful about when you are in the sun, especially if you are worried about skin cancer, for example if you have had it in the past or you are concerned about one or two of your moles. As long as you don’t get too much sun, you are doing the number one thing you should be doing to keep your skin healthy, so this is absolutely the most important concern of all.

Not Enough Water

One of the biggest skin care concerns has to be water. People often find that they are quick to use moisturizer, but for some reason or another much less keen to simply drink more water. If you have started to think that you could probably do with drinking more water, then the truth is that that could make a huge difference to how healthy your skin is. If you feel there are problems with your skin, almost always you can improve the situation simply by upping your water intake. To do this, you might want to consider the simple yet effective solution of carrying a water bottle around with you, and ensuring that you drink it. Once you start doing so, you will notice an improvement in mood and in your overall health too, so you will probably be inclined to carry on as a result of that. If you improve your water intake, your skin will not only be healthier, but it will glow more as well.

Poisons

It is also worth looking to see if you have any poisons going into your system on a regular basis which you might be able to do away with. This could be any number of things, but some of the most common are also the worst offenders. Probably the two most common are nicotine and alcohol. If you consume either of these in any large degree, it is almost certainly affecting your skin, so it is definitely a good idea to try and cut down as best as you can. You will find that doing so makes a huge difference, and that it does so quickly as well. If you find it difficult, consider getting some help for it. This will not only be good for your skin but for your overall health as well. As long as you keep poisons to a minimum, your skin will be in a much healthier state on the whole.

Stress

As with most things to do with your health, your skin can be affected greatly by your stress levels. If you are routinely or overly stressed, this will definitely have an effect on your skin health, so you should think about what you might be able to do to keep your stress levels down in future. As it happens, this can be easier said than done, but you will probably agree that it is worth it - especially because of all the other benefits you will see from doing so. Stress is a major skin problem, so be sure to try and do away with it as best as you can.

What are some other ways you can promote healthy skincare habits?

Biore Self-Heating One Minute Mask is an amazing 1 minute deep cleansing mask that heats up as soon as you apply it (with the help of water). What I love about the mask is that it does not get hard and it rinses clean. This product contains charcoal which is a hydrocarbon and natural treatment for helping to rid your body of toxins and chemicals. With the help of charcoal, the mask helps to release dirt (which we know clogs pores), oil and impurities. It left my skin feeling refreshed and cleansed. While you may be skeptical how this mask could possible work so well in one minute, it really is the intense heating action that purifies your pores 2.5x better in that minute!

This 4 pack (which is also great for travelling) is available on Amazon for $5.82. If you want it now, you can also find similar pricing at Walmart, Target or other major retailers.

Biore Deep Cleansing Charcoal Pore Strips are so magical! Again, this product contains charcoal which helps to remove deep down dirt, oil and blackheads from even the most cloggiest pores. This product works in 10-15 minutes to reveal a smoother nose with diminished pores. I have never used a pore strip before, so the removal process for me was a bit painful, however the results are so work it (just like waxing). Regular use will diminish the appearance of pores and help avoid complexion problems!!

Naturally Beautiful: Beauty Without Chemicals

Au naturel is the kind of phrase that a lot of people fear. Going natural means that you have to expose your flaws, and that doesn’t exactly match the idea that we have as a society of flawless beauty. The main challenges when it comes to beauty is to understand firstly what you, as a person, defines as beautiful – and it doesn't have to be what you see in the magazines, it’s about finding your own style – and then what natural means to you. Contrary to the common belief, going natural doesn’t have to be synonymous with not wearing any makeup or not looking after your skin and hair. It’s a matter of making the most of nature, whether by using natural products or simply by choosing to let go of your insecurities. Ultimately, the question is: Can you be beautiful without using any chemicals … and without losing your mojo either?

Get your hair back to its natural beauty

What was your wake-up call? For a lot of people, the craving for natural beauty starts after a dramatic hairstyle that involved big changes. Let’s say you decided to bleach your hair or to straighten curly hairs, and suddenly you look in the mirror, and you’re not too sure you can recognize the girl who’s looking back into your eyes. If you want your old hair back, switch to therighthairstyles.com for a short tutorial on how to handle going back to natural after bleaching your hair. The answer is patience, but eventually, there is no hair mistake that you can’t grow out of. What matters is to take the first step and stop using chemicals and aggressive heat to define your style. A lot of people change their hair as a way of making a beauty statement, from long to short, or curly to straight. As a result, the after shock can be an eye-opening moment, the moment when you decide that you were better before. It’s time to embrace your natural beauty!

Natural beauty doesn’t mean no care

There’s an important lesson about going natural. It doesn’t mean that you should neglect hair or skin care. It simply means that you need to find alternatives to chemical products. More often than not, when you give your hair and your face the nutrients they need, you will find that stylish can get a lot easier. In fact, nourished hair and skin show fewer flaws, if any, and glow with health. So the first beauty action is to read the labels of your favorite products and get rid of anything that contains chemicals. There are plenty of natural ingredients that are fantastic for you, such as coconut oil and bee-based products. In fact, you might even want to consider bee venom as a natural botox product for your skin. Forever youthful thanks to a bee, now that’d bee great!

Eat yourself beautiful

Beauty is about giving your hair and skin what they need. But it’s not only a matter of local applications. The food you eat can also enhance your natural beauty. According to recipegeek.com, green tea is a natural antioxidant that can protect you from UV rays and air pollutants. You can even soak your hair in cool green tea for a rejuvenating mask too. Dark chocolate is not only a diet friend, but it also helps to improve the texture of your skin by locking the moisture inside. And if you’re struggling with acne, you might want to improve your diet instead of looking for the next best skin product. Food with high zinc content can regulate the oil production and reduce the risk of outbreaks. Additionally, if you consume a lot of greasy food, all it takes to get rid of your bad skin is to switch to natural and healthy fat, such as olive oil and avocados. Being naturally beautiful is a lot easier than you think.

What is beauty anyway?

But before you embark on a new journey to your true beauty, it’s important to understand what beauty actually means. According to Anjan Chatterjee, beauty is the result of chemical reactions in your brain, as a response to a fascination for certain lines, colors, etc. In other words, there is more than one type of beauty. And it has nothing to do with the imposed stereotypes of magazines or even the Hollywood lifestyle that seems to insist on presenting black women without natural hair. Indeed, your brain is wired to recognize beauty as an element of survival: Healthy is beautiful.

In short, natural beauty is a complex subject that requires fixing potential chemical damages, learning what your skin and hair need to grow healthy, and finally, finding natural alternatives to chemical products.

The 3 Rs Of Choosing The Right Makeup For You

We all have staple makeup products. We buy them time and again, and often have a spare on hand for emergencies. Then, disaster strikes. Your makeup is discontinued, and you’re left wondering what to do next. It’s never a pleasant experience, but it’s one most women face. Nothing lasts forever, after all. Your beauty products are no different. The good news is, there are plenty of other products which would serve you well. But, how do you find the right one for you? We’re going to look at three steps which should make the process easier.

PERSONAL RECOMMENDATIONS

Personal recommendations are fantastic. Whether they come from a loved one or a beauty consultant, it doesn’t get much better. The main benefit of a personal recommendation is that it’s tailored just for you. As you’ll see, this isn’t a benefit you get with many other options. As such, this should be your first port of call. Ask friends and family if they would recommend anything particular. Family are good for this, as the chances are they’ll have similar skin to yourself.

You can also book a consulting appointment with a beauty expert. You can find these in most department stores, so you won’t need to go out of your way. These are trained individuals who are there to find the perfect thing for you. Often, they have skin pigmentation machines and all sorts. And, for the most part, such consultations are free on the agreement that you’ll buy something. Who wouldn’t want to give it a go?

REVIEWS

Reviews are another fantastic option, and there’s a wealth to choose from online. Depending on how you absorb information, you can watch videos, or read written versions. Video reviews are good to check out if you’ve chosen an item. You’ll be able to see how you should use said item. But, written reviews have huge merits, too. This Afterglow Cosmetics review was extremely helpful for breaking down the details of the brand in depth. And, there are many others which are just as detailed. All you need to do is find a few review sites you know you can trust. Then, the makeup world is yours for the taking.

RECOGNITION

Beauty is an extremely personal thing. We all consider different things beautiful. And, something that looks beautiful on one person may not work for you. That said, we can all recognize when a beauty product is a winner. The best way to reach such recognition is to watch celebrities. As they’re always in the public eye, they often have the best quality makeup you can find. And, if you recognize a fantastic product on a celeb, it shouldn’t be too hard to find it yourself.

There’s nothing wrong with looking at the people around you, either. Asking someone where they got a beauty product from is a compliment of sorts. So, if you see someone with amazing makeup, don’t be afraid to ask what they use.

Feel Like You Have A Brand New Face

It’s easy to look at your face and feel downhearted about how it looks. Whether you have a flurry of spots on your forehead, or you are dealing with wrinkles underneath your eyes, you wish you could scrap your current face and start all over again. In fact, it leads a lot of people to lose confidence.

Here are three steps to take to feel like you have a brand-new face!

Opt for a face mask

You might be surprised how many benefits there can be from having a face mask. For one thing, if your current skin is looking a bit dull and tired, it can give it an instant lift, and you can be left with a stunning complexion. In fact, a lot of girls benefit from a beautiful glow after having a facelift. Also, if your skin is a bit dehydrated, a face mask can give it a boost of hydration. Therefore, you are less likely to have dry and weary skin. Also, a face mask can help with any redness you might be facing if you are prone to acne. It can clear it up to reduce the inflammation on your face. You could choose to buy a face mask which you can just buy and apply to your skin. After all, you can put it on your skin and then relax for 20 minutes while you induce the benefits of the face mask. Or you might want to make your own with natural ingredients. For instance, applying coconut oil to your face can do wonders for your skin!

Go for a facial treatment

A lot of people opt for a facial treatment if they are feeling low about their skin. After all, if you have tons of wrinkles and spots, it can be an excellent way to ease them to leave you with young looking skin again. It might be a simple treatment like a facial which you go for. After all, they can often apply creams to help your skin become soft and glowing. And they can give you further advice on how to protect your skin in future. If you are someone who has been considering a more permanent solution, you could opt for facial plastic surgery. I have come across a lot of women who have mentioned that for them, subtle surgery was the way to go.  But make sure you check out all the different options before you do consider going for a treatment.

Go for a different makeup style

We tend to get into a routine when it comes to makeup. After all, we pick the same items to use every day, and we know exactly how we will apply them to create our daily look. But if you want to give your face a new look, it’s time to go different with your makeup. Opt for a new style which will wow everyone. After all, it can make you look completely different if you change your makeup look. You might want to try something different like extra long mascara. Or you ought to opt for a brighter eyeshadow to really raise heads, and then it can feel like you are a brand-new you without changing much!

And remember that you can try and rid signs of aging from your face by following a healthy diet and lifestyle.

Streamline Your Skincare Routine: What Do You REALLY Need?

Walk into any drugstore, or department store beauty aisle, and you’re absolutely bombarded with products. If you’re new to skincare, it can be a complete minefield. Not only are there all kinds of weird and wonderful things claiming all sorts, but it’s knowing how to apply them and the order to put them on too! However, skincare really doesn’t have to be complicated. Here are the essentials to create a quick regime that will do your skin the world of good- without having to spend tons of time or money on it.

Day/ Night Moisturizers

Ideally, you need two moisturizers, one for day and one for night. Day creams tend to be light and easily absorbed, you pop it on in the morning, and it will protect your skin throughout the day. If you get one with added SPF, you kill two birds with one stone! It sits well under makeup without feeling heavy or sticky on the skin. Night cream is a little more rich and hydrating. Apply it after you’ve cleansed your face and it will absorb during the night to replenish and restore your skin.

An Oil or Serum

If your skin is very dry or you want to focus on anti-aging, applying an oil or serum before your night cream is the way to go. You can buy pure hyaluronic acid for face which sounds a little scary but is actually an incredible hydration product which is perfect for fine lines and wrinkles. Argan oil is also great, and coconut oil is a very budget and practical option. You can buy it from any grocery store, a small amount will hugely hydrate the skin and will cost you next to nothing.

An Eye Cream

The delicate skin around the eyes is the most prone to damage. That’s why when the signs of aging creep in, the eyes are the first to show it. You can protect against this by using an eye cream. This will nourish and protect the area, and if you spend a little more, it will contain ingredients that will actively reduce the fine lines. Retinol and neuropeptides amongst others can help to smooth the appearance. Apply a small amount in the evenings, being very careful when you’re rubbing it in. Tugging or pulling at the skin will cause damage and you’ll end up exacerbating the problem you’re trying to solve.

A Lip Balm

When you think about skincare, it’s easy to neglect or overlook the lips. However, they need just as much (if not more) care than elsewhere on the face. The lips lose more moisture than anywhere else, which is why they can so easily become sore, chapped and flaky. Invest in a couple of lip balms containing SPF, if you keep one at home, one in the car and one at work you’ll never be caught short.

Face Masks

Every now and again your skin might need a bit of pepping up, even if you stick to your skincare routine. Perhaps it’s looking a little tired, dull and lackluster. Maybe it feels a little sore, or you just want to give it a boost of hydration. Once a week (or when needed) apply one that targets the problem. Use it as an excuse to have a little ‘me- time’ you could meditate while it’s on to reduce stress or just relax in a hot bubble bath. Your skin will thank you for it, and your mind will feel refreshed and rejuvenated too.

The Dark Side Of Summer

Summer is the time to show off your beautiful self. You can ditch those jumpers which hide the best parts of you, and get the bikini back out. The sun’s rays will leave you with a gorgeous tan. And, the sun itself will make you happy, which will leave you feeling confident. What’s not to love? Well... Sorry to rain on the sunshine parade, but there are some downsides worth considering if you want to get the most from your bod this summer season. Here are a few of them.

FRECKLES

How you feel about freckles is a matter of personal opinion. But, many of us hate those little brown blemishes that come to stay as soon as the sun’s out. Some girls look amazing with a face of freckles, but some of us just don’t get along with them! So, we have to wear foundation to cover them which stops our faces catching the sun. It’s far from ideal. The good news is, freckle creams could come to the rescue. These amazing products help your skin heal from the sun’s effects, and so fade your wrinkles. If you’re new to this idea, take a look at sites like https://www.beautyambition.com/ to see which creams are worth investing in. Bear in mind that you’ll need to use these products throughout the summer months to get their full effect.

SUN DAMAGE

The sun may feel amazing, but its long-term effects aren’t great. If your skin looks older than you, you can probably thank the sun for it. UV rays are thought to be responsible for up to 90% of facial wrinkles. And, sites like https://www.sunsaferx.com/health-and-wellness/how-much-does-sun-age-skin/ can give you an even better idea of the damage the sun does.

Of course, the best way to avoid damage is to wear high factor sun cream and sit in the shade. But, who wants to do that? You deserve that tan you’ve waited all year for. But, it’s important you’re sensible. If you are sunbathing, make sure to take breaks every half hour, and turn at regular intervals. It might also be worth shortening the time you spend without suncream. Sunbathe for an hour, then crack out the high-factor. That way, you get the best of both worlds. It’s also important that you care for your skin in the right way after sun exposure. The sun dries your skin in a major way, hence the wrinkles, so make sure to moisturize often.

BIRD’S NEST HAIR

It’s not only your skin that gets a little dry in the sun. Ever experienced the horror of bird’s nest hair during the summer months? It’s not nice. This is the time of year you want to look beautiful, and your hair’s decided to be more unruly than ever. For one, keep straightening and drying to a minimum. Your hair’s already dealing with enough heat! If you go swimming, it’s also important to rinse your hair as soon as possible. If the sun hasn’t dried it out, the chlorine will!

Four Reasons Your Skin Looks Older Than You

Alright Ladies and Gents, LET'S GET REAL!! Do you look in the mirror and wonder who it is looking back at you? Is your skin starting to age faster than you think it should? This is a common problem that many women and men face, and you’ll be pleased to know that there are a number of things you can do to slow the process down, and in some cases, have your skin looking younger and more radiant once again.

Sound good? Here are some common reasons your skin may look older than you and what to do about it:

You Smoke

Perhaps, the biggest cause of premature aging of the skin, especially in women who were young when it was more acceptable, is smoking.

Smoking reduces the amount of collagen your body makes, which causes your skin to wrinkle and sag prematurely. Luckily, all you have to do to stop your skin aging any further is give up the habit! I know this is difficult, but there are health professionals who can assist you in your efforts to quit, and even switching from cigarettes to vaping - read more at Minty Vapes – will give your skin a boost and stop any more excessive wrinkles from forming.

You’re Always Stressed

Few people think to link stress with bad skin, but it is probably one of the most common causes of old skin. You see, when we are stressed, the body uses more nutrients, including Vitamin C to produce stress-fighting hormones like adrenaline and cortisol, so that you are able to relax a little. This is good news for your stressed out self, but no so good news for your skin, which needs those nutrients to products collagen and stay youthful.

You can combat the effects of stress on the skin by taking a B complex and Vitamin C supplements daily, but of course, the best way to deal with stress is by eliminating it completely. Take up yoga, go hiking, meditate or shave down your schedule and you’ll look and feel much better in no time at all.

Your Hormones are Out of Control

If you’ve noticed that your skin looks older than it really should for your age, and you’ve also noticed that you’re experiencing more mood swings than usual, it might be that your hormones are out of whack and the changes that your body is going through as a result are causing your elastin and collagen to break down.

To counteract this, you might want to visit your doctor and have your levels checked out, and you can read more about hormones and skin at Your Beauty. This is something your should do especially if you’re suffering from PMS or if you’re going through the menopause, but you could also see if cutting down on sugar and carbs helps to rectify the problem.

You’re Drinking Too Much

If you’ve started drinking more recently, you might have noticed your skin looking a lot duller than usual. That’s because, not only does alcohol dehydrate you, but it can also wipe out your stores of magnesium and B vitamins, which are important for maintaining good skin.

Lucky for you, you can get your youthful appearance back by cutting down on the booze, drinking more water, and if you are hitting the bars, taking magnesium and B complex supplements.

Practical Ways To Deal With Adult Acne

They say they are meant to be the best days of your life - but for many of us, our teenage years consist of stress, worry, and a lot of emotional and physical challenges. For a lot of us, we are glad to see the back of them, so what do you do when problems from your teenage years follow you into adult life? One example of this is acne. Acne is typically associated with teenagers, and very occasionally, people in their early twenties. Of course, everyone gets an odd pimple every now and again, or maybe a small cluster of blackheads. But acne is a far more debilitating condition that can be painful, and that can seriously knock a person's confidence. Part of the reason why acne is commonly associated with teenagers is that it is often caused by significant hormonal changes within the body. Usually, these hormones level out after a number of years and the acne clears up - but when it doesn't, it can be quite distressing to the individual suffering. Adult acne is never an easy ride, but here are a few things you can do to make your condition more bearable to live with.

Ditch the drugstore products

Whether you want to admit to it or not, acne is a skin condition - so much more than the odd spot or bi-monthly breakout. Drugstore products are simply not designed to cope with the strength and density of acne symptoms. They are instead typically designed to be mild for someone with average skin so that they can target the biggest market possible. Stop spending hundreds every year on multiple drugstore products that don't work, and instead consider prescription medication. Of course, you need to learn how to use Retin-A Tretinoin and other similar products safely and efficiently, as they can be quite strong. But they are designed to tackle even severe acne, so you can hope to get a better result from them.

Don't wear makeup every day

Your acne might affect your confidence so much that you feel as though you have to do something every day to mask the appearance of it - even just for yourself. But wearing heavy makeup all the time can quickly worsen your condition and can sometimes even make the scars appear more pronounced. Learn to accept your acne as a part of you on those days where you don't need to see anyone or leave the house. If you can, leave unusually heavy makeup for special occasions only, to let your skin breathe.

Stick to a healthy diet

While acne is mostly caused by hormonal imbalances, certain lifestyle aspects can also have an impact on its severity. Eating a diet mainly made up of processed foods and soda will only clog up your skin even further - remember your skin is an organ, and it needs vitamins and minerals to keep it healthy. Try and drink at least eight glasses of water a day and eat a diet rich in fresh fruits, vegetables, and oily fish. It won't clear up your acne completely, but it will certainly help improve the overall appearance of your skin.

7 Ways To Get Ready For Summer

Spring can be full of uncertainties. One minute it is warm and sunny outside and the next it is cloudy, rainy and freezing cold. We are either full of colds and sniffling or coughing our way through our days, and let’s not forget all of the comfort food we tend to consume when the weather isn’t too great outside. But as we are fast approaching the Summer, we can start to see some of the changes in our days. The mornings are getting lighter and the evenings less dark. It got me thinking about some of the other ways we could get ourselves ready for the Summer season.

Who else longs for the heat on their skin and a chance to wear just the one layer of clothing? I am sure I am not alone. But truth be told there should be a fair bit of preparation needed to get ourselves ready for the summer months ahead, both physically and mentally. With that in mind, here are some of the things we could do to get our minds and bodies ready for the warmer weather.

Maybe we need to think about defuzzing

There are some major positives to Winter because we spend most of our time wrapped up in all of the layers, it means we don’t have to spend too much time on hair removal when it comes to our legs and bodies. But now that Spring is almost over Summer is around the corner, there are more and more opportunities to strip off those layers and start enjoying the finer weather. This means we are going to have to pay some real attention to defuzzing our bodies.

Hair removal can be a bit of a chore, and I understand that. There are also many different options to consider. Shaving can be the easiest and most cost efficient way of removing hair, but it would require you to do it more often. Then there is waxing which can offer a more long term solution, and you can either choose to go to a salon or do it from the comfort of your own home. This is when it may be worth taking a look to find out the best wax for hair removal to ensure you get the best results.

Exfoliation time

It’s not just hair removal we need to think about when it comes to our bodies, it will also need a bit of TLC when it comes to the condition. Wrapping up in layers means your skin may have started to dry out a little. Making it feel rough to touch and out of condition. But you can get that glowing skin look once more by adding a simple exfoliation to your routine. Using an exfoliator every time you shower or bathe is a great way to help your skin regenerate new skin cells.

Give your feet some love

It’s approaching the season where you may be wanting to wear sandals or flip-flops without the constant rain, but it’s fair to say your feet will have been cooped up in socks and closed toes shoes for the last few months. That might mean your heels are cracking, your skin is dry and your nails are needing a polish and some love. So spend some time giving yourself an at home pedicure and moisturize those feet every night before bed. You won’t believe the difference it will make, and it will have you ready for those summer shoes in no time at all.

Time for a detox

You may have spent most of January on a health kick, but it’s always worth developing habits that you can stick to throughout the year. So it may be the perfect time for you to increase your water intake for the summer ahead. Water is nature's natural detox, and it naturally flushes out your body of all the bad toxins that can build up. There are also some other benefits of drinking more water throughout the day. Things like improved skin tone and condition, improved mood and better quality of sleep at night. It can be a real miracle worker and certainly a habit that will help you throughout the year. After all, with hotter weather approaching you may need to ensure you stay hydrated.

Keep that healthy eating diet going

Who says it is just January that you need to be healthy for? Why not try and take some of the diet changes through to the summer? This could be a great way to maintain your weight and feel better in your own skin. Our energy levels and how we look can have much to do with what we eat and what our diets are like. So if you have managed to refrain from alcohol throughout dry January and rainy April, then don’t go crazy at the beginning of July. Why not try and only drink an alcoholic drink at a social event instead of at home? If you have cut out the take out food or junk then why does it need to stop now? Save those items for a treat rather than adding them back into your everyday diet. Small changes can have a huge impact on how you look and feel.

Give yourself that summer glow

Not all of us are fortunate enough to jet off on holiday before summer arrives, but that doesn't mean you can’t get that sun-kissed glow. Applying a bit of self-tan or gradual tanner can give you that healthy glow without the need for hours of sunbathing. It can also really boost your mood as you can tend to look more healthy and ready for the day ahead.

Ditch the black

Now would be the ideal time to add some color back into your wardrobe. While black is an awesome fashionable color, sometimes you can just feel brighter and happier if you add a bit more color to your fashion choices. Even if it’s as simple as wearing a bright colored lipstick. Small changes can make a huge difference and certainly put us in the mood for warmer days.

I hope these tips help you get yourself ready for the summer months ahead.
